Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our dedicated customer support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Pack Your Items
Securely place the product in its original packaging, including all filters, connectors, and manuals, to ensure the item is protected during transit.
- 3.Ship the Product
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; please retain your tracking receipt for verification.
- 4.Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned unit, we will process your full refund or dispatch your replacement exchange within 5-7 business days.
